CSM Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Guiding a team in Scrum practices, the full-time Contract-to-Hire Scrum Master (CSM Certified) will work remotely to enhance team dynamics, align with product vision, and facilitate Agile processes within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build a team culture aligned with Scrum Core Values and facilitate effective communication
• Coach Product Owners in backlog management and support team self-organization
• Identify and remove impediments while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or related regulated environments
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including metrics and reporting
