CSOC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSOC Analyst to join their Customer Security Operations Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead identification and mitigation of high-impact security events through traffic analysis and countermeasures
• Serve as a primary security consultant for Managed Security Service customers, optimizing security policies
• Conduct data-driven investigations and author comprehensive security reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and advanced attack vectors
• Deep technical knowledge of HTTP/S, TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS protocols
• Methodical approach to digital forensics and incident response
• Experience with log analysis and threat detection
• Industry-standard certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, GCIH, or Security+ are preferred
