CSP Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Dedicated to improving health outcomes, the full-time CSP Engagement Specialist will make and receive calls to educate members about the Cancer Support Program and assess eligibility, while working remotely within the U.S. during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Complete thorough documentation of call interactions in real-time
• Serve as a resource and Subject Matter Expert for team members and internal customers
• Make outbound calls to members with a cancer diagnosis to provide program education and collect data for eligibility assessments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office as primary work tools
• 1+ years of experience in telephonic customer service
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
