CSSBB Certified Program Manager
Job Summary
Managing large-scale portfolio programs, the full-time remote CSSBB Certified Program Manager will oversee the successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs while ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and compliance throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure program milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the program lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine program design and manage resources effectively
- Track, compile, and report program metrics and budget while identifying and managing risks and issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
- Three (3) years of program management experience required
- CSSBB certification is required
- Strong experience in the healthcare payer industry, with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare
- Experience managing a project with a budget of up to $10M+
