Job Summary

To support scheduling operations, the full-time CSTO Scheduler Timekeeper Specialist will manage the creation, balancing, and publication of department schedules, approve time off requests, and ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements while working remotely from Oregon or Washington.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain department schedules in collaboration with management, ensuring adherence to organizational policies
  • Audit caregiver timecards for accuracy and compliance, approving edit requests and payroll corrections as needed
  • Identify and post open shifts, facilitating effective communication and staffing solutions within the department
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, scheduling, or time and attendance management
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare setting and within a collective bargaining agreement environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and scheduling/timekeeping software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
