CSTO Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSTO Staffing Coordinator - Remote (OR & WA).

Key Responsibilities

• Deploys caregivers daily to meet operational needs and adjusts staffing based on census and patient acuity
• Maintains accurate staffing and scheduling records and communicates staffing decisions with leadership
• Locates and contacts caregivers to cover shifts and prepares monthly schedules for assigned units

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Preferred experience in scheduling and staffing
• Preferred experience working in healthcare
