CT Licensed Principal Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial CT Licensed Principal Engineer, the full-time role will focus on leading the growth of infrastructure services in key Northeast markets, managing client relationships, and overseeing municipal infrastructure projects while initially working remotely with potential for establishing a new office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of Apex's infrastructure services within designated local markets
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal and utility clients, identifying project opportunities and managing proposals
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to budget and schedule

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH
• Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing key municipal clients
• Strong record of mentoring and leading cross-discipline project teams
