Job Summary

Driving premium volume growth, the full-time CT Licensed Territory Sales Manager will focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sales, providing product training and strategic engagement with agents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and execute strategic sales opportunities to drive premium volume growth within the Connecticut territory
  • Deliver comprehensive product training and ongoing coaching to agents and brokers to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Monitor industry trends and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents to foster long-term partnerships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in P&C insurance sales
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the property & casualty insurance industry, preferably within the Connecticut market
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and underwriting guidelines
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
