CTBS Certified Case Manager

Job Summary

To support donor eligibility assessments, the full-time salaried CTBS Certified Case Manager will review donor medical records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate necessary corrections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform post-recovery clinical reviews of donor records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify and coordinate corrections for discrepancies impacting donor eligibility
• Collaborate with Recovery Partners and internal teams to facilitate timely processing of donor charts

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of RN clinical experience in critical care nursing or 5+ years in tissue banking
• CTBS certification required within one year of hire
• Experience in medical chart review
• Current Nursing License preferred
