CTBS Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

To support donor eligibility determinations, the full-time CTBS Licensed Case Manager will review donor medical records, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate necessary corrections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform post-recovery clinical reviews of donor records to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria
• Identify and coordinate corrections for discrepancies impacting donor eligibility
• Collaborate with Recovery Partners and internal teams to facilitate timely processing of donor charts

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required
• 3-5 years of RN clinical experience in critical care nursing or 5+ years in tissue banking
• CTBS certification required within one year of hire
• Experience in medical chart review
• Strong computer literacy and communication skills
