Job Summary
A company is looking for a CTC Case & Process Specialist GSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for the E2E OTC reimbursement process in GSA markets
- Act as a single point of contact for complex case inquiries and manage dispute resolutions
- Support UAT testing and develop case management processes, including training for new employees
Required Qualifications
- Degree or relevant experience
- Experience in customer service/order management, preferably in MedTech
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
- Fluent in German and at least B/C level in English
