Job Summary

A company is looking for a CTC Case & Process Specialist GSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for the E2E OTC reimbursement process in GSA markets
  • Act as a single point of contact for complex case inquiries and manage dispute resolutions
  • Support UAT testing and develop case management processes, including training for new employees
Required Qualifications
  • Degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service/order management, preferably in MedTech
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP
  • Fluent in German and at least B/C level in English
