Job Summary

A company is looking for a CTC Case & Process Specialist GSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for case and process management services related to the E2E OTC reimbursement process
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries, dispute management, and developing standard solutions for complex cases
  • Support UAT Testing teams and train new employees on Salesforce Lightning and SAP processes
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Degree or relevant experience in customer service/order management (MedTech preferred)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and SAP
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and a minimum of B/C level in English
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
