CTE Criminal Justice Teacher (TX, MI, PA)

Job Summary

Accepting applications for the 2026/2027 school year, the part-time remote CTE Criminal Justice Teacher (TX, MI, PA) will manage online instructional programs, provide personalized feedback on assignments, and communicate regularly with students to ensure successful course completion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the instructional program through synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing sessions
• Provide prompt, high-quality feedback on assignments and maintain up-to-date student performance records
• Communicate regularly with students and team members to update pacing plans and facilitate student achievement

Required qualifications

• Valid state teaching certificate in TX, MI, or PA for CTE: Criminal Justice
• Bachelor's degree and completion of a traditional teacher preparation program at an accredited institution
• Ability to obtain certification in other states as needed
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Apps
• Understanding of IEP/504 plans and their implementation in a virtual setting
