CTMS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage templates within the CTMS software based on sponsor protocols and site-related costs
• Provide training and guidance to site clinical and financial staff, and mentor new staff
• Conduct system audits and lead integrations of new site acquisitions within CTMS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with preference for experience using RealTime or similar CTMS
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical research with knowledge of clinical research systems
• Advanced/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with clinical operations and a strong quality and compliance mindset is preferred
• Self-directed, organized, and analytical approach to problem-solving
