CTMS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage templates within the CTMS software
• Provide training and guidance to site clinical and financial staff
• Lead integrations of new site acquisitions within CTMS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with RealTime or similar CTMS
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical research
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially with large datasets
• Experience with clinical operations and a quality and compliance mindset preferred
• Self-directed, organized, and flexible
