CTMS Financial Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CTMS Financial Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build study profiles within CTMS and manage invoicing and collections for clinical research sites
• Support the finance team with accounts receivable and accounts payable related to the RealTime platform and clinical research studies
• Liaise between site finance department and site research department, provide best practices in research finance, and assist in financial closeout reviews

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience and clinical research experience
• Knowledge of a Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), preferably RealTime
• Working knowledge of invoicing, tracking accounts payable/receivable, and clinical research budgets
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Bachelor's degree
