CTO & Co-Founder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CTO/Co-founder (Digital Health, Ambient AI, SaaS, Mobile).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the technology platform for an AI-powered healthcare application
• Lead technical decisions across architecture, AI/ML systems, and compliance, while actively participating in MVP execution
• Hire and mentor the engineering team, contributing to company strategy and product development

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in building and shipping production software, preferably in healthcare technology
• Strong full-stack engineering background with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and building mobile applications
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare security requirements, including integration with hospital systems
• Prior founder or early-stage startup leadership experience
