CTO for Agentic Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CTO - Agentic Process Automation & Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect the "Agentic Stack" to integrate autonomous agents with legacy systems and workflows
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise operations and resolve complex engineering challenges
• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to C-suite executives, translating business strategies into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 20+ years of deep technical experience in software or enterprise architecture, with a background as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Distinguished Architect
• Demonstrated experience building products from inception to scale in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in complex systems communication, including ERP integrations and distributed systems
• Advanced understanding of AI, particularly in agentic reasoning and operationalizing LLMs
• Ability to influence and connect with senior executives across organizations
