CTO / Founding Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced engineering leaders will find a full-time opportunity as a CTO / Founding Engineer, responsible for building and launching crypto products, leading technical decisions, and collaborating closely with founding teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading engineering initiatives, owning product delivery, and making key technical decisions
• Building and launching core protocols or crypto-native products from the ground up
• Partnering with the CEO and founding team on product roadmap and long-term technical strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership experience in the crypto space
• Strong ability to execute independently in 0 to 1 environments
• Experience in hiring and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including protocols, smart contracts, and DeFi products
• Strong technical judgment and a proactive approach to problem-solving
