CTO - Head of Product

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on CTO - Head of Product, the full-time position will lead the technical vision, product architecture, and data infrastructure for DISHIO, focusing on transforming operational expertise into scalable software solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the platform's data architecture and attribution systems to provide meaningful business insights for restaurant operators
• Lead the integration strategy across various restaurant technology systems and determine internal versus third-party development needs
• Transform operational knowledge into scalable product systems, including workflows, automations, and AI-assisted tooling

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, particularly in SaaS or restaurant technology
• Strong background in data architecture and attribution systems
• Experience with complex integrations across POS, reservation, and advertising systems
• Ability to translate operational expertise into scalable software products
• Hands-on coding experience and a passion for solving technical challenges
