Job Summary

A company is looking for a CTO / Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own the financial system architecture, including position lifecycle and shared accounting layer
Audit and manage the fullstack engineering codebase, including backend services and frontend architecture
Lead smart contract design and collaborate on staking protocol with ecosystem partners

Required Qualifications

8+ years in fullstack or backend engineering, with 2-3 years in a technical lead or architect role
Production experience in functional programming (Haskell, Scala, OCaml, or equivalent)
Background in financial services, fintech, or high-growth startups
Experience with TypeScript/NestJS or Rust, and managing small engineering teams
Smart contract or distributed ledger experience is a strong plus
