Job Summary

Supporting recipe development and strategic initiatives for Airport Dimensions Lounge clients, the remote Culinary Development Manager will focus on menu design, costing, training, and client communication while managing P&L and new lounge openings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and design menus for airline lounges
• Manage menu costing and client communications
• Oversee team training and development for culinary staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Demonstrated track record in menu development and training
• Strong culinary background with operations and management experience
• Willingness to travel nationally
