Job Summary

A company is looking for Subject Matter Experts in Food Business and Culinary.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop undergraduate courses for a Food Business and Culinary Entrepreneurship program
• Advise on and create curricula in collaboration with an academic dean and learning experience designer
• Ensure course content covers food preparation, safety, menu planning, and sustainable ingredient sourcing

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's minimum) or professional credential in culinary arts or a related field
• Extensive experience with a broad range of culinary techniques
• Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices
• Willingness to utilize generative AI tools for enhancing learning and performance
• Ability to operate a personal computer and associated software efficiently
