Leading cultural engagement initiatives, the full-time salaried Cultural Engagement Director will manage multi-channel social strategies, talent relationships, and cultural intelligence efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee social strategy and execution to drive significant growth in reach, engagement, and cultural relevance across various platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with creators and influencers to enhance brand visibility and align with target audiences
• Lead a team to elevate cultural fluency and ensure alignment with company priorities while driving measurable business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social strategy and influencer programs, demonstrating significant channel growth
• Proven track record of leading teams with at least 2-3 direct reports
• Strong analytical skills to connect social performance with business metrics
• Experience managing diverse creator and talent relationships across organic and paid channels
• Deep understanding of cultural trends and the ability to apply insights strategically
