Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cultural Resources Team Lead at the Lead Level.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to the cultural resources program and staff
• Ensure high-quality technical work, including project management and quality control reviews
• Develop client relationships and manage project performance to meet strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, History, or a closely related field
• At least eight years of experience in cultural resources fieldwork, consulting, and project management
• Experience supervising and mentoring professionals in the field
• Demonstrated success in business development and proposal writing
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
