Job Summary
A company is looking for a Culture and Employee Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Culture team, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Execute and oversee employee experience programs and culture initiatives across the organization
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and support internal events logistics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Culture, Employee Experience, People Operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing operational programs in a global organization
- Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with procurement processes and vendor management in large organizations is preferred
