Job Summary

A company is looking for a Culture and Employee Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the Culture team, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Execute and oversee employee experience programs and culture initiatives across the organization
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and support internal events logistics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Culture, Employee Experience, People Operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational programs in a global organization
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management in large organizations is preferred
