Job Summary

A company is looking for a Culture and Engagement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies, structure, and methods for driving employee engagement across the organization
  • Implement programs that engage and connect employees and highlight the company culture
  • Renew the employee engagement survey process and monitor measures of effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of business experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, or Employee Engagement
  • Change management experience preferred
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
