Job Summary
Empathetic and strategic, the full-time remote Culture and Events Manager will design and deliver meaningful employee experiences, plan company-wide offsites, and develop year-round programming to enhance team connection and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute company offsites, ensuring inclusive participation and managing logistics for both in-person and remote attendees
- Own and evolve celebrations such as work anniversaries and key milestones, while building scalable processes for recognition
- Develop a year-round calendar of training and wellness events, coordinating presenters and resources to enhance employee engagement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management, or a culture-building role
- 2+ years of experience managing event logistics, including hotel and vendor management
- 2+ years in a role with significant culture-building impact
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in healthcare or mission-driven organizations is preferred
