Job Summary

- Coach developers on managing commitments, shifting unproductive moods, and building productive habits
- Deliver constructive feedback and lead company-wide training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a teacher or software developer
- Familiarity with coaching techniques and self-help methodologies
- Ability to engage with software developers effectively
- Experience with remote communication tools like Slack and Zoom
- Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
