Job Summary

A company is looking for a Culture Coach to help individuals develop and navigate their work for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins on Slack and Zoom
• Coach developers on managing commitments and building productive habits
• Lead company-wide training sessions and execute special projects independently

Required Qualifications

• Experience working closely with technical teams, preferably as a former software developer or teacher
• Understanding of core engineering concepts and modern tools (AI, automation, workflows)
• Natural coaching ability with a passion for personal development
• Consultative mindset with a focus on identifying gaps and proposing solutions
• Ability to work remotely and effectively in Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones
