Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins
• Coach developers on managing commitments and building productive habits
• Lead company-wide training sessions and execute special projects independently

Required Qualifications

• Experience working closely with technical teams, preferably as a former software developer or teacher
• Understanding of core engineering concepts and modern tools (AI, automation, workflows)
• Natural coaching ability with a passion for helping others grow
• Consultative mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
