Job Summary

A company is looking for a Culture Coach to help individuals develop and perform at their best within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins on Slack and Zoom
• Coach developers on managing commitments, shifting unproductive moods, and building productive habits
• Lead company-wide training sessions and execute special projects independently

Required Qualifications

• Experience working closely with technical teams, preferably as a former software developer or teacher
• Understanding of core engineering concepts and modern tools such as AI and automation
• Natural coaching ability with a passion for helping others grow
• Consultative mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones
