Key Responsibilities

• Coach developers on productivity habits and provide constructive feedback
• Lead company-wide training sessions and execute special projects independently

Required Qualifications

• Experience working closely with technical teams, preferably as a former software developer or teacher
• Understanding of core engineering concepts and modern tools (AI, automation)
• Proven coaching abilities and a passion for personal development
• Consultative mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Must be based in regions that align with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones
