Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in consulting, HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or social impact
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor peers with minimal supervision
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for varied audiences
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to translate data into actionable strategies
• Experience working with multinational organizations and navigating complex structures
