Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Curative Specialist to provide title services and support real estate closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles inquiries related to moderately complex processes and transactions
• Coordinates the preparation of title documents and reviews required documentation for closing
• Maintains high customer service levels through proactive communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of title company industry lien clearing/processing/curative experience
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products
• Previous curative experience with strong knowledge of title and mortgage documents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality
• Experience in a multi-state operation
