Current State Operating Model Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Current State Operating Model (CSOM) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and document legacy system data across VA facilities to drive the CSOM data-driven approach
• Test data visualizations to define the current state operating model
• Identify gaps between current and desired future state operating models and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data visualization and testing
• Experience within the healthcare or public sector, preferably with the VA or similar organizations
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and familiarity with iFCAP, FMS, or related VA financial systems
