Curriculum Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a C&I Design Manager for a 3-month fixed-term remote position in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the development of curriculum assets for online and in-person learning
• Create engaging learning experiences in virtual settings and co-develop project plans for curriculum creation
• Facilitate communication and build relationships with stakeholders to support program adoption and implementation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of curriculum development experience for adult audiences, preferably in vocational education
• 1-2 years of experience managing curriculum development projects
• Knowledge of best practices in adult learning and experience with online and blended learning programs
• Graduate in any field with a strong academic track record
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Marathi) is desirable
