Job Summary

A company is looking for a Curriculum Developer, Falcon Complete (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and improvements of training programs based on leadership agreements
• Design and develop engaging educational materials and programs for new hires and existing employees
• Track project activities to ensure schedules and deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• Experience creating training materials on technical topics for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of incident handling and SOC environment experience
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and content creation platforms
• Experience using video editing software for training content development
