Job Summary
To support the development of comprehensive learning programs, the full-time remote Curriculum Developer will research, write, and structure training content for legal practice areas, ensuring it is accessible and relevant for attorneys and paralegals across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Research and produce substantive training content, including scripts, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks
- Design the structure and learning objectives of multi-module training programs, applying adult learning principles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and maintain existing training materials
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional content design
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks
- Experience in conducting needs analyses and developing measurable learning objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in translating complex legal concepts into clear learning content
