Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing legal training initiative, the full-time remote Curriculum Developer will generate substantive learning content, structure cohesive training programs, and produce comprehensive content packages for attorneys and paralegals.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, and structure training content across various legal practice areas and professional skills
• Design multi-module training programs with clear learning objectives and assessment strategies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance while maintaining and updating existing training materials

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional content design
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks
• Experience in conducting needs analyses and developing measurable learning objectives
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously
• Exceptional writing skills for diverse audiences, including practitioners and novices
