Job Summary

As the intellectual architect of MFL's learning programs, the full-time remote Curriculum Developer will generate substantive training content, structure cohesive training programs, and produce comprehensive learning materials for attorneys and paralegals across various legal practice areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Research, write, and structure training content, ensuring clarity and accessibility for practitioners at varying experience levels
  • Design the structure and learning objectives of multi-module training programs, applying adult learning principles to drive competency development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and maintain existing training materials in line with legal updates and best practices
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional content design, with a proven ability to produce high-quality written content
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks
  • Experience in conducting needs analyses and developing measurable learning objectives
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Comfort in working with subject matter experts to synthesize complex information into learning content
