Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Curriculum Developer will design and develop engaging online courses for adult learners by collaborating with subject matter experts and eContent Learning Designers to create high-quality, evidence-based curricula that align with program outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with SMEs and eLearning Content Designers to create curriculum documents, including course blueprints and learning resources
• Evaluates and revises curriculum based on feedback and data analyses to ensure alignment with educational standards and college initiatives
• Facilitates online training and communication to support the development of relevant, career-focused course content

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in higher education or K-12 education
• 3+ years of experience in curriculum design and development
• Quality Matters Rubric Application certification (or required to complete within first 6 months of employment)
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
