Job Summary
To support a major airborne modernization program, the remote Curriculum Developer will develop and deliver technical training and courseware for aircrew and maintenance personnel, ensuring effective learning solutions that translate complex technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula for aircraft and ground system upgrades
- Create and design instructor-led, hands-on, and blended-learning training solutions
- Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate training schedules with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent military/industry experience
- 9+ years of curriculum development experience, with 5+ years supporting military aviation or aerospace programs
- Experience developing technical training for aircraft and communications systems
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required at time of employment
