Job Summary
Supporting the Academic department remotely, the part-time Curriculum Development Graduate Assistant will provide administrative assistance, manage digital files, and aid in the dual credit application process while enrolled in a graduate program at the university.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the upkeep of the master textbook list and track textbook edition updates
- Support the Curriculum Development Coordinator in managing systems and processes related to CAGS courses
- Respond to common email inquiries and maintain logs for desk copy requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and acceptance into one of the university's graduate programs
- Ability to learn and utilize various software tools, including Brightspace and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Energetic, self-starting mentality with strong organizational skills
