Curriculum Development Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the Navy & Marine Corps, the full-time salaried Curriculum Development Product Manager will oversee product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget while collaborating closely with management, marketing, and support teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage team resources in the development of training curricula materials and assessments that meet specified learning objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and employee progress, recommending changes as necessary
• Design and develop Interactive Multimedia Instructional (IMI) products while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering management, Business Management, Education, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of eight years' experience developing Training and Curriculum documents
• In-depth knowledge of QA practices and Career Training Continuum (CTC) processes
• Minimum of six years in a supervisory position
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
