Curriculum Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content and Curriculum Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead core curriculum and assessment strategy for learning products and internal test prep
• Create content standards and style guides to ensure consistency and quality
• Manage content development processes and oversee compliance with state and national accreditation standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience managing content developers and leading teams in content/product development
• 5-7 years of experience as a content manager, curriculum/instructional designer, or product owner in K-12 education
• Experience in Product Management and Content Management
• Understanding of AI and content authoring tools in content development
