Curriculum Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Curriculum Project Manager will manage the execution of curriculum priorities through clear project plans, ensuring timely delivery across multiple initiatives while coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated project plans for curriculum initiatives, ensuring all necessary inputs are defined before moving into production
• Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating workload and capacity across internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints and quality assurance processes, ensuring all documentation and approvals are complete before project advancement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Education, Operations, Publishing, Communications, or a related field
• Four or more years of project management or production-management experience, preferably in K-12 curriculum or educational publishing
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with interdependent timelines and stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with project-management systems and tools, capable of creating clear project plans and dashboards
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and holding stakeholders accountable to commitments
