Job Summary
A company is looking for a Curriculum Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writes and supports the creation of new instructional content for curriculum programs
- Addresses content issues in the online application and participates in internal content reviews
- Conducts literature reviews and consolidates information from industry leaders related to content enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience writing educational content for technology-based curriculum products preferred
- Direct classroom experience providing language and literacy instruction to multilingual learners preferred
- Knowledge of best practices for language and literacy instruction for emergent bilinguals, reading development and instruction, culturally responsive teaching principles, and elementary education
