Curriculum Systems Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting curriculum operations remotely, the part-time Curriculum & Instruction Systems Coordinator will maintain data integrity across Canvas, Salesforce, and UKG, assist with quality assurance, and compile reporting data for internal needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate course, instructor, and enrollment data across various systems
• Conduct quality checks and support troubleshooting of system issues
• Compile data for internal reporting and respond to support tickets related to curriculum systems

Required qualifications

• Experience in a data, systems, operations, or technical support role
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar databases is required
• Experience with Canvas or other LMS platforms is strongly preferred
• Coursework, degree, or certification in data management, information systems, education, or a related field
• Familiarity with automation, APIs, or reporting tools
