Cursor Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Cursor Developer will design, develop, and optimize codebases using Cursor IDE while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI-assisted tools for enhanced software development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, and optimize production-grade codebases
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into maintainable and scalable code
• Perform AI-driven code reviews, debugging, and generate test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C#
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Hands-on experience using Cursor IDE for code generation and documentation
• Strong prompt engineering skills and experience with large language models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
